2. Participating Clients: New clients during the promotion period or the existing clients who have not deposit before the promotion.

Remarks:
The Live Broadcast times are from Monday to Friday, 10:30-12:30, 14:30-16:30, 19:00-23:00 Beijing Time. The live broadcast schedule might be adjusted due to special circumstances, please refer to the schedule published in the live broadcast room.
4. After depositing at least a minimum of USD 1,000 to the account and have earned the qualification, the client will receive a reward of USD 100 credit. It can be traded immediately and cover losses. At the same time, after the transactions reach the minimum trading lots requirements, the client is eligible to participate the lucky draw for Luxurious Lunar New Year Prize, and the winner will receive an iPhone 13 (256 GB).
Remarks:
The lucky draw of Luxurious Lunar New Year Prize will draw one eligible lucky client on 15th February and 15th March 2022, each winner will receive an iPhone 13 (256 GB). Under normal circumstances, the gift delivery will be completed within 1 week. If there is any shortage for the relevant gift, the arrival time will be calculated based on the order and delivery date.
5. After receiving the credit, clients who trade a total of 2 standard lots (CFD Equities excluded) or above within 3 months, the USD100 credit will be deposited into the balance and can be withdrawn anytime.
6. After a new client receiving the credit, the accumulated transactions must reach the minimum of trading lots requirements (CFD Equities excluded) or above before the market close on the 14th of the following month. The client not only received a reward of USD100 credit, also will earn qualification for the lucky draw of Luxurious Lunar New Year Prize. If the new client completed the minimum deposit and reach the minimum trading lots requirements before the market closes on 14th February 2022, the client is eligible to participate in the lucky draw of Luxurious Lunar New Year Prize on 15th February and 15th March at the same time.
7. If the clients request for withdrawal or transfer before they meet the trading lot requirements; or if the trading lot requirements cannot be reached within 3 natural months, the above-mentioned credit will be deducted.
8. Goldwell Capital reserves the right to terminate the client’s activity qualification if the client is involved in abnormal trading or pair trading with different trading accounts.
9. Goldwell Capital reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, Goldwell Capital decision shall be final.
